Depends if you are a scholarship student or not:
- If you have been awarded with an Erasmus scholarship, deferring will only be possible if you have medical or force majeure reasons that impair you to follow the programme; and you have to provide proofs.
- If you are not a scholarship student, you can ask to defer. However, mind that your ranking results will be allocated within the ranking of the students of the next academic year, which may affect your mobility placement; your mobility will not be deferred, but there will be a new mobility placement.
Deadline to provide proof(s) to defer: deferring is only possible prior to the start of the academic year.
